My experience at this hotel was infuriating. Then, after much confusion, they charged me extra for breakfast due to a wrong count on their end. To top it off, the pool water was unpleasantly dirty, making it impossible to relax.

An Unexpected Poolside Challenge

The pool area was an oasis to unwind after a long journey. The staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home.

Unfortunately, the hotel was hosting a large event, which meant the bar was closed for guests. This dampened our chance to relax completely.

I enjoyed the inviting pool area. The landscaping made it feel like a tropical getaway. Breakfast stood out with a variety of fresh fruits and local dishes. Staff members were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. However, the gym’s air conditioning wasn’t working, which made workouts uncomfortable. It also felt a bit distant from local attractions, requiring taxis for outings. Little inconveniences like this kept my rating from being higher. Cleaning staff did an excellent job too, the room was always spotless.

The pool area was great for my family, and we spent hours splashing around and enjoying the sun. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of fresh tropical fruits and local dishes, making it a hit with everyone, including our friends.

In my wife’s opinion, the shuttle service should be included for families.

Had a solid time at this hotel! The pool area was super nice, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient, really made me feel welcome. Just a heads up though, avoid Easter week if you can, it got really crowded and noisy. Oh, and the bathrooms could use some updating.
